関東 IT ソフトウェア健康保険組合の申込フォームに自動入力機能を提供する Chrome 拡張機能です。 宿泊予約に最適化されていますが、レストラン予約でも基本項目は共通のため利用できます。 ## 機能 1. **メールアドレス自動入力** - メールアドレス入力画面で設定したメールアドレスを自動入力 - オプションで自動送信機能（確認ダイアログも自動で OK） 2. **申込フォーム自動入力** - 基本情報（記号、番号、事業所名、カナ氏名） - 生年月日、性別、続柄 - 連絡先電話番号、住所 - 宿泊情報（希望日、泊数、宿泊人数、希望部屋数、各部屋人数、部屋タイプ） - 会議室設定
