贝翻译让你在浏览外语网站时，直接在原来的位置看到译文：网页排版不变，不用复制粘贴，也不用切换到别的翻译软件。翻译在你的电脑上完成，网页内容不会上传到任何服务器，也不需要注册账号。 【主要功能】 ● 打开即译 打开外语网页后，贝翻译会自动识别网页语言，并把正文、标题、菜单等文字翻译成你选择的语言，译文出现在原文所在的位置。 ● 持续跟随网页变化 滚动加载的新内容、弹出的对话框、动态更新的文字都会自动翻译。长网页先翻译你正在看的部分，其余内容滚动到附近时再翻译。 ● 一键恢复原文 随时点击“恢复原文”查看原文，再点“翻译网页”重新翻译。网站后来自己修改过的文字，会保留网站的版本。 ● 网站规则 每个网站可以单独设置为“跟随全局”“始终翻译”或“不翻译”。自动翻译总开关关闭后，也可以在需要时手动翻译某个网页。 ● 术语表 为品牌名、人名、专业词汇指定固定译法，例如把“Pull Request”固定译为“拉取请求”。也可以让某些词保留原文不翻译。支持批量添加和导出。 ● 常用语言包提前备好 安装后，贝翻译会下载常用语言的翻译资源：英、日、韩、法、德、西、俄、繁中，在 Chrome 中约 0.6 GB。之后切换这些语言不必再等待。其他语言在第一次用到时下载，也可以在设置里一键下载全部语言包。下载可以随时暂停和继续。 ● 界面支持 11 种语言 简体中文、English、Deutsch、日本語、Français、Русский、Íslenska、Norsk、Latina、ไทย、Tiếng Việt。默认跟随浏览器语言，也可以在设置里随时切换。 ● 四种外观 纯白、深色、暖橙、咖啡四种外观可选，网页上的贝翻译提示也会使用同样的外观。 ● 翻译自检 在设置里输入一句话，就能检查本地翻译是否工作正常。 ● 支持 39 种语言 简体中文、繁体中文、英语、日语、韩语、法语、德语、西班牙语、葡萄牙语、意大利语、俄语、阿拉伯语、印地语、泰语、越南语、印度尼西亚语、土耳其语、乌克兰语、波兰语、荷兰语、瑞典语等。 【使用方法】 1. 安装后点击浏览器右上角的贝翻译图标，确认目标语言（默认跟随浏览器语言，中文浏览器为简体中文）。 2. 打开外语网页，贝翻译会自动开始翻译。 3. 第一次使用某种语言时，浏览器需要先下载这一语言的翻译资源。下载期间卡片和网页右下角会显示进度，完成后自动继续翻译。 所有操作都在右上角的贝翻译卡片中完成：自动翻译开关、原始语言和目标语言、当前网站规则、翻译网页、恢复原文、术语表、外观与设置。 【隐私】 ● 网页文字只在你的设备上处理，扩展不会把网页内容、译文或浏览记录发送给我们或任何第三方。 ● 扩展本身不发起网络请求。翻译资源由扩展组件更新机制下载。 ● 设置和术语表只保存在你的浏览器里。 ● 不收集个人信息，没有广告，没有数据统计。 【系统要求】 ● 桌面版 Chrome 138 或更高版本，或Microsoft Edge。 ● 手机浏览器暂不支持。 ● 首次下载翻译资源需要联网；下载完成后，翻译可以离线进行。 【说明】 ● 译文可能与人工翻译存在差异。 ● 代码块、输入框、可编辑区域，以及网页标记为不翻译的内容会保持原文。 ● 浏览器出于安全原因，不允许扩展修改应用商店页面和浏览器设置页面，这些页面无法翻译。 Bay Translation allows you to view translations directly in place while browsing foreign-language websites—preserving the original page layout without the need for copy-pasting or switching to external translation software. Translations are processed locally on your computer; no page content is ever uploaded to a server, and no account registration is required. 【Key Features】 ● Instant Translation Upon opening a foreign-language webpage, Bay Translation automatically detects the language and translates the main text, headings, menus, and other elements into your chosen language—displaying the translated text right where the original content appears. ● Dynamic Updates The extension automatically translates new content that loads as you scroll, as well as pop-up dialogs and dynamically updated text. For long webpages, it prioritizes translating the section you are currently viewing, while the rest is translated as you scroll into those areas. ● One-Click Revert to Original You can switch back to the original text at any time by clicking "Revert to Original," and return to the translated version by clicking "Translate Page." If the website updates its content, the extension will reflect those changes. ● Website-Specific Rules You can configure individual settings for each website—choosing between "Follow Global Settings," "Always Translate," or "Never Translate." Even if the master switch for automatic translation is turned off, you can still trigger translations for specific pages whenever needed. ● Glossary Define specific translations for brand names, personal names, or technical terms—for example, ensuring "Pull Request" is always translated as "拉取请求" (Lāqǔ Qǐngqiú). You can also designate certain terms to remain untranslated. The feature supports bulk importing and exporting of glossary entries. ● Pre-loaded Language Packs Upon installation, Bay Translation downloads translation resources for commonly used languages—English, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Russian, and Traditional Chinese (approximately 0.6 GB in Chrome)—ensuring seamless switching between these languages. Other languages are downloaded the first time they are needed, or you can download all available language packs at once via the settings menu. Downloads can be paused and resumed at any time. ● Multi-language Interface The interface supports 11 languages: Simplified Chinese, English, German, Japanese, French, Russian, Icelandic, Norwegian, Latin, Thai, and Vietnamese. By default, it matches your browser's language, but you can switch to a different language at any time in the settings. ● Four Visual Themes Choose from four available themes—Pure White, Dark, Warm Orange, or Coffee—which also apply to the translation prompts displayed on web pages. ● Translation Self-Test Enter a sentence in the settings to verify that the local translation engine is functioning correctly. ● Support for 39 Languages Includes Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Turkish, Ukrainian, Polish, Dutch, Swedish, and more. 【How to Use】 1. After installation, click the "Bay Translation" (贝翻译) icon in the top-right corner of your browser to confirm your target language (defaults to your browser's language; for example, it will be set to Simplified Chinese if your browser is in Chinese). 2. Open a webpage in a foreign language, and "Bay Translation" will begin translating it automatically. 3. When using a language for the first time, the browser will need to download the necessary translation resources. A progress indicator will appear on the translation card and in the bottom-right corner of the webpage during the download; once complete, the translation will proceed automatically. All controls—including the automatic translation toggle, source and target language selection, site-specific rules, translation activation, reverting to the original text, glossary management, and appearance/settings—are accessible via the "Bay Translation" card in the top-right corner. 【Privacy】 ● Webpage text is processed exclusively on your device. The extension does not transmit webpage content, translations, or browsing history to us or any third party. ● The extension itself does not initiate network requests; translation resources are retrieved via the browser's built-in component update mechanism. ● Settings and glossaries are stored locally within your browser. ● No personal information is collected; there are no advertisements or data tracking. 【System Requirements】 ● Desktop version of Chrome 138 (or higher) or Microsoft Edge. ● Not currently supported on mobile browsers. ● An internet connection is required for the initial download of translation resources; once downloaded, translation can be performed offline. 【Notes】 ● Translations may differ from those provided by human translators. ● Code blocks, input fields, editable areas, and content explicitly marked to be excluded from translation will remain in their original language. ● For security reasons, browsers do not allow extensions to modify app store pages or browser settings pages; therefore, these pages cannot be translated.
