This new extension uses a fully client-side (frontend) approach – all QR code generation and decoding happens locally within your browser. No data is uploaded to any server. This extension does not collect, store, or transmit any actual QR code content or decoding results. Only anonymised statistical information (such as “number of QR generations”) is collected to improve the extension. Your data is 100% your own.
