无法在Windows版的Arc浏览器上安装。
所用的Arc Windows版本：
Version 1.3.2 (30214)
Chromium Engine Version 125.0.6422.112
状况：
点击Add to Chrome按钮后，要么一致转圈圈，要么浏览器直接崩溃。不清楚是扩展的问题还是Arc的问题，我也发邮件询问Arc那边了。

打开独立面板的时候总是会自动切换输入法
譬如我设置的是默认输入法是“搜狗”，但是只要按下全局快捷键打开独立面板，那么就会自动切换到另外一个不那么常用的输入法了。
以及，独立面板打开的时候偶尔会自动全屏。
希望改善！

Saladict can't work as usual
there is no any translation sentences when I translating word on the site. The permission has been checked, but the plug-in just does NOT work.

韦氏词典
开发者你好，沙拉查词非常好用，但是上面提供的韦氏词典不是官方的韦氏词典，官方韦氏词典的链接是：https://www.merriam-webster.com。查词的时候有很多不准确的地方，可能导致使用者受到影响。比如我在做GRE题目的时候Gradual这个单词，只有在韦氏词典中有imperceptible这个意思。但是用沙拉词典里面的韦氏查不到，导致做题错误。我希望开发者能让这个好用的沙拉变得更完美！谢谢！

Change the font styles via CSS or in the menu options of the extension?
Any incoming feature to allow the user to change the font style? Like the font-family and the text size? Could be very handy include this option in the future!
