Loopo is a local-first website quota extension. It is not a focus timer and it is not a punitive blocker. You choose the sites that tend to take more time than intended, give each one a daily time quota, and Loopo quietly redirects that site to a calm local lock page after the quota is used. At the next UTC midnight, the next daily quota begins. Add a website domain from the welcome page, popup, or options page. 2. Choose how much time you want to give it each day. 3. While the chosen site is visible and active, Loopo counts usage with a lightweight heartbeat. 4. Once the quota is exhausted, future visits are redirected to the local lock page. 5. The quota resets automatically at UTC midnight. Loopo does not decide which sites are good or bad. It gives you a quieter way to keep your browsing rhythm intentional.
