數位內容快速製作工具(TCURecord)，協助授課教師以瀏覽器進行桌面錄影。 提供一鍵錄製快速開始，可在錄製過程中以「攝影鏡頭」、「電腦畫面」、「雙鏡合一」進行收錄切換。 1. 視訊來源選擇：電腦所有的網路攝影機、視訊擷取卡。 2. 音訊來源選擇：電腦所有的可選輸入音源、及網路攝影機上的麥克風。 3. 桌面來源選擇：電腦桌面、視窗、網頁分頁。(可選收錄電腦立體聲) 4. 製作品質解析度：一般畫質、高畫質、超高畫質。 5. 製作品質影格數：低影格數、中影格數、高影格數。
