RedNote Clipper helps you export the current Xiaohongshu note you are viewing into local files for archiving, reading, and further organization. This extension currently supports: - exporting the current Xiaohongshu note page - saving note metadata, body text, tags, author info, and engagement stats - exporting note images or video files - generating note.json, note.md, and note.html - manually selecting comments and saving them together with the note Why use it: - keep an offline copy of notes you care about - preserve both readable and structured export formats - organize exported content into your own knowledge base or archive - keep media files together with the exported note - keep local media paths consistent with the generated export files for offline reading - prefer cached high-resolution comment images captured during browsing; fall back to stable page thumbnails when no cache is available Privacy boundary: - works only on Xiaohongshu note pages - processes data locally in the browser - does not upload exported content to the developer's server Current scope: - desktop Chrome / Edge only - single-note export only - Comments need to be selected manually by users, and cannot be automatically scraped in batches. FAQ Does it upload my data? No. The extension processes exported content locally in the browser and saves files to the user's device. What export formats are supported? It exports note.json, note.md, note.html, and related media files. Does it support batch export? No. The current version only handles the single note the user is currently viewing.
