KeepKnow — Highlight, pick, and save the web KeepKnow is a browser extension for reading and personal knowledge management. A lightweight sidebar on any webpage lets you highlight text, pick custom content blocks, export to PDF / Markdown / PNG, and archive everything in your personal knowledge library.
