Useless, does NOT work! A waste of time, and on the phone they never answer.

Worked fine for me. I had already bought an IC card reader for submitting things to the government online, so I had the Windows drivers already installed and working. So it worked fine the first time.

Complete joke, why create an app that doesn't work???

Useless .. why do you need an extension + the app I tried an IC card reader, my iphone, my web camera .. nothing worked. Seems only to work on a smart phone or tablet. A waste of 2 hours of my life ..

Don't even bother buying an IC card reader, this app is useless... Tried using the app with my android Phone, it didn't work. I bought an IC card reader to try and use it with my PC but it didn't work either. Followed every step and tried 4 different browsers.... It just sends me to the home page after inputting correctly my password. Looking at the reviews no one can use it, terrible. After 5 years in Japan I'm not even surprised anymore, online stuff has never worked.

Doesn't worki

It does not work in any browser. An over complicated mechanism for such a trivial stuff like web authorization. The usual Japanese unnecessary, nonsense overkill.
