Worked, used with the mynumber card for Furusato Nozei application. At first I thought it wasn't working as I was inserting the card with the IC chip faced down... but for the reader I was using the IC chip had to face up... not down... So if you're having a similar issue it could be that so give it a try.

I don`t know what is wrong with the steps but I didn`t made it :(

it waste my time ,i input the 23 digits number but it doesn't work.i did it again and again many times but nothing happens .what a waste

Japan . . . . apparently they invest all their efforts into fancy toilets and trains, but the rest of it is backwards. Websites look like they were designed by high schoolers and the apps like this one programmed by 1st year college students taking an intro to programming course.

Useless, does NOT work! A waste of time, and on the phone they never answer.

Worked fine for me. I had already bought an IC card reader for submitting things to the government online, so I had the Windows drivers already installed and working. So it worked fine the first time.

Complete joke, why create an app that doesn't work???
