動画と音声の再生速度をスライダーとキーで操作。長押しで一時倍速、A-B繰り返し、コマ送り、サイトごとの無効化。YouTubeはプレイリスト単位で除外できます。外部通信なし。

動画と音声の再生速度を、スライダー・プリセット・動画の上の操作板・キーボードから自由に操作できます。 他のツールでは有料になりがちな機能を、すべて無料で使えます。 ■ このツールだけの機能：プレイリスト単位の除外 「普段は1.8倍で見たいが、音楽のプレイリストだけは等倍で聴きたい」 そのために動画1本ごとに速度を戻すのは手間です。 このツールなら、除外したいプレイリストを再生中にアイコンを押して チェックを入れるだけ。以降そのプレイリストを再生している間は、 指定した速度（既定は等倍）が自動で適用されます。登録は1回きりです。 除外中のプレイリストは一覧で確認でき、名前の変更も解除もワンクリック。 「作業用BGM」「英語のリスニング」のように自分で名前を付けられます。 ■ 速度の決め方（上が優先） 1. この動画だけの設定 2. 除外プレイリスト 3. プレイリストごとの設定 4. サイトごとの設定 5. 全体の既定 サイトごと、プレイリストごと、動画ごとに別々の速度を覚えさせられます。 「YouTubeは1.5倍、講義サイトは2倍、映画のサイトは等倍」といった 使い分けが、一度決めれば次から自動です。 ■ 速度を変える ・スライダー … 0.25倍～16倍。対数目盛なので、低速も高速も同じ感覚で動かせます ・プリセット … よく使う倍率をワンタッチ ・＋－ボタン … 刻み幅は設定で変更（既定0.25） ・お気に入り速度 … 等倍との行き来をキー1つで ・アイコンのバッジ … いまの倍率が常に見えます ■ 再生を操作する ・少し戻す・少し進める … 秒数は設定で変更（既定10秒） ・コマ送り … 1コマずつ前後に。フレームレートは設定で変更（既定30fps） ・A-B繰り返し … 1回目で始点、2回目で終点、3回目で解除。 語学の聞き取りや、楽器のフレーズ練習に ・小窓で再生（ピクチャーインピクチャー）… 他の作業をしながら見られます ・今のコマを画像で保存 … 資料づくりや記録に ■ 動画の上の操作板 マウスを動画に乗せると、小さな操作板を出せます。 再生・倍率・戻す進める・コマ送り・繰り返しをその場で操作でき、 透明度も調整できます。表示・非表示はキー1つ、または設定で切り替え。 ■ 長押しで一時的に早送り 動画の上を押しっぱなしにしている間だけ速くなり、指を離すと元に戻ります。 倍率と反応の速さは設定で変えられます。 再生バーやボタンの上では働かないので、シークの邪魔をしません。 ■ キーボード（すべて自分の好きなキーに変更できます） D 速度を上げる S 速度を下げる R 等倍に戻す G お気に入り速度と等倍を行き来する Z 少し戻す（既定10秒） X 少し進める（既定10秒） ， コマ送り（戻る） ． コマ送り（進む） Q A-B 繰り返し E 小窓で再生 Y 今のコマを画像で保存 V 操作板の表示・非表示 入力欄にカーソルがある間と、日本語入力の変換中はキーが反応しません。 検索窓やコメント欄に文字を打っていて、誤って速度が変わる心配はありません。 設定画面で押したいキーを押すだけで割り当てられ、重複は警告が出ます。 ■ 音声だけのページにも ラジオ、ポッドキャスト、語学教材など <audio> を使うページでも 同じように速度を変えられます。 音の高さを保つ（声が高くならない）か、そのまま変えるかも選べます。 ■ 見え方・聞こえ方の調整 ・明るさ／くっきり（コントラスト）／鮮やかさ（彩度） ・白黒／色の反転 ・上下反転／左右反転 ・音量を最大5倍まで（元の音が小さい動画に） サイトごとに別々に覚えます。暗い動画のサイトだけ明るく、といった使い方ができます。 ■ サイトごとに細かく ・「このサイトでは使わない」で、ショートカットが衝突するサイトを除外 ・除外したサイトは一覧で管理でき、いつでも戻せます ■ 画面表示（OSD） 倍率を変えたとき、画面に大きく表示されます。全画面表示中も見えます。 表示する位置（四隅）・文字の大きさ・表示時間を設定で変えられます。 邪魔なら消すこともできます。 ■ その他 ・0.25倍～16倍（4倍を超えるとブラウザの仕様で音声は出ません） ・iframe内の埋め込み動画にも対応 ・設定をファイルに書き出して、別のパソコンへ移せます ・ダークモード対応 ・全設定をいつでも初期状態に戻せます ■ 安心して使えるように ・日本で作っています。表示も説明もすべて日本語です ・通信を行うコードが1行も入っていません ・収集も送信も共有も一切ありません。見ているページの内容も、 再生している動画の情報も、どこへも送りません ・設定はあなたのパソコンの中だけに保存されます（同期もしません） ・広告なし。課金なし。アカウント登録も不要です ・外部ライブラリを使っていません ・要求する権限は storage（設定の保存）と activeTab（アイコンを押した ときにURLを読む）の2つだけです ・コードは MIT ライセンスです。拡張機能のファイルはそのまま読める形で 配布されるので、上に書いたことは中身を見て確かめられます ■ 制限（正直にお伝えします） ・4倍を超えるとブラウザの仕様で音声が出なくなります（映像は動きます） ・音量を上げる機能は、サイトの作りによっては効かないことがあります ・保護された動画（配信サービスなど）は、コマの画像保存ができません ・プレイリスト単位の除外は、URLにプレイリストの情報があるサイト （YouTube など）でのみ使えます ・chrome:// などブラウザの内部ページ、Chromeウェブストアのページでは Chrome の制限により動きません ・小窓で再生（PiP）は、ブラウザの仕様で必ず操作をきっかけに開きます -------------------------------------------------------------------- Set a playback speed once, and keep it — with per-playlist exceptions. Control video and audio playback speed with a slider, presets, an on-video panel, or the keyboard. Everything is free; nothing is paywalled. ■ What makes this different: per-playlist exclusion "I watch everything at 1.8x, but I want music playlists at normal speed." Doing that video by video is tedious. Open the playlist, click the toolbar icon, tick one checkbox. From then on, every video in that playlist plays at the speed you chose (1.00x by default), automatically. You register it once. Excluded playlists are listed in the popup, and you can give each one your own name. Rename or remove them with a single click. ■ How the speed is decided (top wins) 1. This video only 2. Global default Different speeds are remembered per site, per playlist and per video. ■ Changing the speed - Slider from 0.25x to 16x, on a logarithmic scale - Presets for the rates you use most - Fine +/- buttons, with a configurable step (0.25 by default) - A "favourite rate" you can toggle against 1.0x with one key - The toolbar badge always shows the current rate ■ Playback controls - Skip back and forward (10 seconds by default, configurable) - Frame stepping, with a configurable frame rate (30fps by default) - A-B repeat: first press sets A, second sets B, third clears - Picture-in-picture - Save the current frame as an image ■ On-video panel Hover over the video to show a small panel: play, rate, skip, frame step and repeat, right where you are looking. Opacity is adjustable, and you can hide it entirely. ■ Press and hold to speed up Hold the mouse button down on the video and it speeds up; release and it goes back. The rate and the hold threshold are configurable. To rebind, just press the key you want; duplicates are flagged. ■ Audio-only pages too Radio, podcasts and language material that use <audio> work the same way. You can also choose whether pitch is preserved. ■ Picture and sound adjustments - Brightness, contrast, saturation - Grayscale, colour inversion - Vertical and horizontal flip - Volume boost up to 5x, for quiet sources These are remembered per site. ■ Per-site control - "Do not use on this site" for pages whose shortcuts would clash - Excluded sites are listed and can be restored at any time ■ On-screen display The rate appears on screen when it changes, including in fullscreen.
