GRIP! adds convenient save buttons to supported websites, so you can save videos, photos, and music directly from the browser. No separate downloader pages, no link copying, no extra services. The button appears inside the website interface near the usual controls. It is designed to feel native: same place, same size, minimal distraction. WHAT IT DOES GRIP! works with media on VK, Yandex Music, Instagram, Behance etc. On VK, you can save music, videos, clips, and photos. The extension can help you download music from VK, including tracks, albums, and playlists, and it can also save videos and images from pages where the browser can access the media. On Yandex Music, you can save tracks, albums, and playlists. For example, you can download tracks from Yandex Music or save an album or playlist as a list, with track metadata such as title, artist, and cover art when available. On Instagram, Vimeo, Pinterest, and Behance, GRIP! adds save buttons for photos, videos, pins, project images, GIFs, and embedded Vimeo videos where supported by the page. HOW IT WORKS 1. Install the extension. 2. Open a page with media on a supported site. 3. Click the save button added by GRIP!. 4. The file appears in your browser downloads. WHY IT'S CONVENIENT • Free. No ads, no subscriptions, no premium accounts. • The buttons are placed directly in the site's interface, so you do not need to copy links or open a separate website. • Music files can be saved with title, artist, and cover art when this information is available. • Videos are saved in a regular format that can be opened in common video players. • You can turn save buttons on or off separately for each supported site. • The settings page includes interface language, light and dark theme, and recent downloads. PRIVACY • No telemetry, no analytics, no tracking. • Settings and recent download history are stored only on your device. • Nothing is sent to the developer or to any third-party analytics service. • Media files are downloaded directly from the source site. LIMITATIONS GRIP! does not bypass paid access, private content restrictions, or website access rules. If a website changes how it serves media, some features may temporarily stop working until the extension is updated. The extension is intended for personal use. Please respect the rules of each website and applicable law. FROM THE AUTHOR GRIP! is an independent project made by one developer. I originally built it for myself, then decided to publish it because it may be useful to others too.
