Gazing Bird theme

Hi: I downloaded your Gazing Bird theme, but I have no idea what to do next. I didn't see any instructions, I don't know where the file is now located, and I wouldn't know what to do with it, if I found it. I'm 70 and don't know much about these things, obviously!
