cant add browser theme

trying to add brouser theme, but it keeps going back to default. ive trired adding it to chrome, that doesnt work

can never get the pic you want, even after adding it to chrome, it just goes back to same as before not impressed

can nver get pic to load, always goes back to same as before, i have to tryb many times before it evenutally loads, even after loading to chrome
